Corgi Insurance values proactive engagement and welcomes those ready to innovate in their daily work.

What you will do

  • Process expense reimbursements with accuracy and speed.
  • Review vendors, expenses, and internal processes to protect company finances.
  • Identify trends and irregularities in financial data, going beyond standard bookkeeping.

  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and confident working with numbers.
  • Open communicator who values transparency and aims to make a tangible impact.

  • Internal competition is encouraged to drive team performance.
  • Growth and meaningful contribution are expected; complacency is not tolerated.

Behaviours that do not fit

  • Office politics, gossip, or avoiding responsibility.
  • Reacting defensively to constructive feedback.
  • Adding unnecessary complexity instead of streamlining processes.
  • Missing deadlines after making commitments.

Compensation and location

  • Base salary: £40,000 to £60,000, plus equity awarded based on performance.
  • London-based role with options for on-site or hybrid work arrangements.
