Job Mission

As a Field Software Engineer II, you will be instrumental in bringing ASM’s semiconductor machinery to life by supporting the software that powers robotics, valve systems, temperature controllers, and other advanced hardware. Collaborating with global engineering experts and customer teams, you will troubleshoot issues, refine specifications, and ensure our tools perform reliably in real-world manufacturing settings. Your work will connect our cutting-edge technologies with the customers who rely on them, facilitating the next wave of semiconductor innovation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist Software Design Engineers in the development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of software for ASM semiconductor equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues in complex tool environments.
