Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain a cutting-edge multi-robotic welding system with expertise in robotic kinematics and dynamics. Load, monitor, and inspect welded assemblies with precision using robotic vision systems and sensors. Accurately manage the inventory of parts and completed assemblies. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment and cells, both in-house and at customer sites. Document and analyze data to support engineering-driven problem resolution. Oversee cell performance and ensure precise part fit-up. Operate specialized machinery integrated within customer manufacturing processes. Integrate autonomous welding cells into customer manufacturing environments, showcasing proficiency in robotic system integration and communication protocols. Service and maintain pneumatic systems, welding equipment, robotics, and electrical automation devices. Gain proficiency in Forge processes, including operating the cell through command prompts and code modifications. Engage with customers to enhance equipment efficiency. Collaborate with engineering teams to address issues effectively. Inspect, clean, and replace electrical and mechanical components. Adapt to evolving requirements and rapid advancements in the field.
