AMP is in search of a Field Service Solutions Technician to join our team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success. While we prefer candidates to work on-site at our Louisville, Colorado headquarters, we also welcome applicants for remote positions.
As the first point of contact for AMP customers seeking assistance with our products or services, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and improving our proactive support capabilities. Expect approximately 75% travel and occasional on-call duties to help our clients with equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
As our Field Service Solutions Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional remote and onsite customer support and equipment repairs.
- Going beyond problem-solving to ensure customers derive maximum value from their assets.
- Independently managing your specific portfolio of customer performance.
- Acting as a primary contact for customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues promptly.
- Training customers on performing routine repairs, conducting necessary maintenance, and self-diagnosing system issues.
- Completing trip reports and site visit documentation accurately.
