Key Responsibilities
As the face of RepRally in the field, you will actively develop and enhance your book of business with independent retail partners. Introduce new accounts to our platform while strengthening existing ones. Provide expert advice on our extensive product catalog, including new brands and store incentives. Utilize the RepRally app to secure sales orders and achieve your weekly sales targets. Collaborate with your leadership team on strategic account planning to maximize growth. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What We Seek
A strong desire to learn and commit to the role — previous sales experience is not necessary. You should be comfortable conducting in-person store visits and engaging in phone sales. Excellent communication skills are essential; multilingual abilities are a bonus. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required. A smartphone with data capabilities is also necessary.
