To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of QA/QC experience in the pipeline industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel across the United States as needed. Must hold a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle types operated and maintain an acceptable driving record as evaluated by the Michels Review Team. Relevant industry certifications are a plus.

As a Field Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting field operations by ensuring the effective implementation and adherence to Michels’ Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) programs. You will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections and carrying out routine assessments to confirm that all work aligns with quality expectations, project specifications, and industry standards. Success in this role requires a strong ability to work independently, meticulous attention to detail, and an aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
