Role Overview:
The Field Product Sales Executive will report directly to the Territory Manager. This role requires collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders, emphasizing teamwork and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Collections
● Achieve designated sales and collection targets.
● Monitor outstanding dues closely and enforce a stringent credit policy within a 30-day framework.
Market Relations
● Develop a robust distribution network while fostering teamwork.
● Maintain ongoing communication with the market and customers to ensure service excellence.
● Oversee distributor appointments and provide staff training.
● Conduct SWOT analyses of market conditions and distributor performance.
● Stay updated on product knowledge and engage in continuous learning.
● Motivate distributors and sales personnel to enhance market penetration.
● Conduct regular reviews with distributors and sales staff to meet targets.
● Ensure effective communication with retailers and customers.
● Complete daily call reports promptly after fieldwork.
● Monitor merchandising and ensure effective redistribution.
● Maintain a professional appearance by wearing a uniform and carrying an ID card.
● Carry product samples and necessary brochures during field visits.
Sales Promotion
● Utilize adequate point-of-purchase materials, brochures, and posters, ensuring proper market displays.
● Assist distributors in stock liquidation and implement company trade schemes while participating in exhibitions and customer awareness programs.
● Plan budgets and schemes for sales promotion to maximize returns.
● Manage distributor inventory and settle claims efficiently.
● Conduct regular visits to farmers and their fields to promote bio-products.
● Frequently visit hospitals, industries, and municipal corporations to promote industrial products.
● Collect orders from dealers, distributors, and institutions in the prescribed format with clear payment terms.
Core Duties:
● Closely monitor distributor indent requests and ensure timely fulfillment.
