Key Responsibilities:Deliver operational excellence and an exceptional experience for students in transit. Supervise on-the-ground operations, adapting to business needs that may require early mornings or evenings. Manage driver resources to ensure optimal vehicle availability according to demand. Coordinate communications between student caregivers and school districts. Address operational challenges as the on-site point of contact, employing innovative solutions as they emerge. Respond proactively to driver feedback and immediate customer concerns. Collaborate with a diverse, interdisciplinary team to enhance operational systems and processes for rapid growth. Analyze and interpret performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Who You Are:A socially aware individual who recognizes the transformative power of student transportation in education and personal development. A proactive self-starter, comfortable with significant responsibilities. A results-driven professional with a proven history of managing a diverse portfolio and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). A team-oriented individual who takes pride in both personal and team achievements. Experienced in project management, operational process design, and customer service, with multi-site management experience being a plus. An engaging leader skilled in professional communication with partners, customers, and drivers from varied backgrounds. Versatile and willing to contribute to a variety of projects. Fluent in English, with additional languages as a bonus.

You will oversee day-to-day functions while fostering continuous improvement and service expansion.

Note: This position is based in-person in Phoenix, AZ, requiring field presence five days a week.
