Your Role
We are seeking a meticulous Field Operations Associate to join our San Francisco team. In this hands-on position, you will be the backbone of our operations—preparing properties, addressing on-site challenges, and ensuring that our apartments are consistently guest-ready.
Your responsibilities will include everything from conducting move-in inspections to troubleshooting WiFi issues and assembling furniture, playing a crucial role in upholding Blueground’s exemplary standards and ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.
