As the Field & Experiential Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Outtake's brand to life in the market. This position is integral to executing our field programs, engaging prospects, and accelerating ongoing deals.
You will be responsible for planning and executing diverse field marketing initiatives—from regional events and executive dinners to industry conferences and targeted account activations. Your efforts will be crucial in transforming market awareness into meaningful revenue discussions, consistently outpacing competitors in brand impact and pipeline generation.
This hands-on role requires a proactive mindset and ownership mentality. You will establish foundational systems, coordinate resources across sales territories, and apply keen commercial judgment to every expense. You excel in ambiguous situations, maintain a fast pace without sacrificing rigor, and evaluate every program based on its ability to generate or expedite pipeline.
