About the Role
We are constructing the next generation of AI-driven customer service, with our flagship deployment at one of the largest global companies in the construction materials sector. This is a unique and high-impact role that sits at the intersection of business consulting and tangible AI product development.
As a Field Deployment Engineer, you will oversee the entire customer engagement cycle for deploying an AI voice agent—from establishing trust with management in advisory settings to configuring conversation flows in technical workshops. You will represent our product in the field and be the driving force behind its success.
This is not a traditional consulting role, nor is it purely technical. It requires a blend of both areas to ensure the effective deployment and utilization of our AI products.
