Practice Overview: • Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm) or part-time options available.• No on-call or weekend responsibilities.• Physicians provide modern wound management in post-acute care settings: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.• Part-time roles require a minimum of 3 days per week, while full-time roles are 4-5 days per week.• This is a mobile practice: physicians will visit facilities within a 40 – 60 mile radius of the practice location.• Our physicians typically visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating around 20-30 patients.• Clinical documentation is performed in real-time at the point of care using our proprietary wound-specific EMR system.• Paid training is included during onboarding, along with a 6-month wound care fellowship.
