• Our physicians provide bedside wound care across more than 3,200 facilities in 28 states.
• We offer comprehensive physician-level wound management training and a fellowship program to equip you with the expertise needed for clinical excellence.
• W2 physicians typically earn an attractive salary of $300,000 annually plus benefits for a 30-hour work week (with part-time options available).
• Paid training is included.
 
Practice Overview:
 
• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday (7 am - 4 pm), with part-time options starting at 3 days per week.
• No call or weekend responsibilities.
• Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care environments, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility.
• This is a mobile practice, with physicians visiting facilities within a 40-60 mile radius.
• Physicians typically visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating approximately 20-30 patients.
• Clinical documentation is performed in real-time during rounds using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Onboarding includes paid training and a 6-month wound care fellowship.
• W2 employment structure (No weekends or call obligations).
