• Our team of physicians provides bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
• Comprehensive physician-level wound management training and a fellowship program are provided to ensure clinical excellence.
• W2 physicians can expect to earn an average of $300,000 per year for a 30-hour work week (part-time opportunities are available).
• Paid training is included.
 
Practice Overview:
 
• Full-time positions operate Monday through Friday (7 AM to 4 PM) with part-time options available.
• No call and no weekend duties required.
• Physicians deliver state-of-the-art wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility.
• Part-time roles require a minimum of 3 days per week; full-time roles entail 4-5 days per week.
• This mobile practice covers facilities within a 40 to 60-mile radius of the main location.
• Physicians typically visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
• Clinical documentation is performed in real-time during rounds using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Paid training is included in onboarding, along with a 6-month wound care fellowship.
• W2 employment contract with no additional administrative burdens.
