Role Overview ANTS (America's Next Talented Stars) is hiring part-time Youth Multi-Sport Coaches for K-5th grade after-school programs in Oakland for Fall 2026. Coaches will guide children through a range of sports activities and help build a positive, active community. Prior coaching experience is not required, comprehensive training is provided. What You Will Do Lead weekly sports classes for children ages 5-10, ensuring sessions are safe and engaging. Teach basic sports skills using provided lesson plans and training. Arrive on time each week and commit to the full season (September to December 2026). Attend an in-person orientation and training session before classes begin. Communicate positively with parents, teachers, and school staff. Set up and clean up the area before and after each class. Transport coaching equipment to and from class locations. Sports Offered Programs include flag football, tennis, basketball, soccer, volleyball, pickleball, and other activities. All equipment and training are provided by ANTS.
