Overview

The Failure Analysis Process (FAP) Engineer plays a crucial role in identifying and resolving challenges associated with the body-in-white manufacturing process. This position is essential for upholding our high-quality standards and enhancing production efficiency. You will analyze process data, troubleshoot issues, design improvements, and work closely with quality and production teams to ensure consistent quality and compliance with product specifications.

What You’ll Do

Become part of an iconic brand poised to transform the electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV market by:

  • Process Improvement & Problem Solving:
    • Identifying and troubleshooting process and manufacturing constraints.
    • Developing and implementing corrective actions to rectify process deviations and optimize body-in-white production techniques.
    • Collaborating with the quality team to uphold quality standards throughout production.
  • Process Monitoring & Data Analysis:
    • Monitoring and analyzing production data to ensure efficiency and quality.
