Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Support daily operations to ensure our headquarters runs efficiently. Conduct basic handyman and light trade work (minor repairs, installations, adjustments, patching, painting, mounting). Assist in the setup and reconfiguration of workspaces (desks, chairs, storage, meeting rooms). Assemble furniture and install small equipment or fixtures. Manage the receiving, staging, and internal movement of deliveries, equipment, and supplies. Adhere to site safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces. Ensure clear egress paths and access to fire safety equipment. Support preventative maintenance tasks (filters, basic replacements, checks). Proactively identify and escalate building or safety issues as needed. Occasionally assist vendors onsite with access support (limited coordination required).
