At least 10-12 years of project management experience with a specialization in façade projects. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex façade projects from inception to completion. In-depth knowledge of façade materials, design principles, and construction methodologies. Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency in relevant project management software. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication capabilities. Adept at navigating challenging project dynamics and achieving results under pressure.

The Façade Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver cutting-edge and sustainable façade solutions that uphold the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate comprehensive project plans and facilitate project meetings to align with client goals.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to guarantee effective and efficient project delivery.
  • Steer the design development phase in partnership with architects and engineering teams to maintain design integrity.
  • Foster relationships with essential stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track and report on project progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality benchmarks, and company policies on-site.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to evaluate progress and guide site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
