Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork. Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain comprehensive project plans for facade systems, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure all planning aligns with technical specifications and project goals.
  • Track project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely materials and components acquisition necessary for facade installation.
  • Enhance communication among architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders, emphasizing key milestones and challenges.
  • Adopt best practices in project planning and resource management to bolster project efficiency and effectiveness.
