Core Responsibilities:
Reservations & Guest Coordination:
Oversee daily reservations and seating arrangements to maximize guest flow and satisfaction at La Piscina.
Professionally manage all guest inquiries, confirmations, and unique requests through phone, email, and reservation systems.
Observe guest arrival trends and effectively communicate with the service and hostess teams for seamless coordination.
Guest Recognition & Personal Touch:
Maintain and meticulously update guest profiles, documenting preferences, dietary restrictions, special occasions, and feedback.
Utilize guest insights to enhance experiences and create memorable surprises for repeat and VIP guests.
Guest Relations:
Warmly greet guests upon arrival and remain attentive throughout their visit.
Address guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with F&B management, culinary teams, hostess desks, and pool staff to ensure efficient operations and consistent service.
Support internal communication for large bookings, special events, or VIP visits.
Event Promotion & Support:
Engage with guests to promote ongoing events, activations, and offers at La Piscina, encouraging repeat visits.
Collaborate with marketing and events teams for VIP setups, influencer interactions, or media promotions.
Administrative Duties & Compliance:
Ensure accurate records of reservations and guest information, complying with GDPR and confidentiality protocols.
Maintain a well-organized and professional front-of-house area that embodies the luxury ethos of Palazzo Versace.
