Prior experience as a Room Attendant in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Physical capability to perform tasks associated with the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe usage of cleaning chemicals is advantageous. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. A customer-focused mindset characterized by a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility to work in Australia.

Become a vital member of our dedicated hospitality team at the prestigious Sofitel Brisbane Central! We are on the lookout for meticulous and guest-oriented Room Attendants who will uphold the utmost standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests during their stay.

  • Uphold exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards while cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and suites.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all room amenities are fully replenished.
  • Thoroughly sanitize bathrooms, including all fixtures and surfaces.
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust both guest rooms and common areas.
  • Report maintenance issues or discrepancies in rooms to the appropriate departments.
  • Deliver outstanding service to guests, addressing their requests and needs promptly and courteously.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient room turnover.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Keep linen carts and storage areas organized and tidy.
