Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in dealership or aftermarket management. Experience with OEM dealers is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and internet-based applications is required. Candidates should demonstrate:Capability to leverage relationships to advocate for business improvements. Skills in analyzing dealer financial data and operational assessments to create actionable improvement plans. Experience in implementing maintenance advisor selling systems and improving processes in aftermarket or retail settings. Ability to establish and implement effective metrics to ensure dealerships remain focused on growth and ROI. Demonstrated proficiency in PC applications within a Windows environment.

Join MSX International as an Express Service Coach, where you will play a pivotal role in the professional delivery and installation of tailored MSX Express Maintenance solutions. You will foster strong relationships with assigned dealers and OEM field organizations, contributing to Dealer Launch Meetings and Dealer Workshop Meetings.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and sustaining the Basic and/or Advanced Express Maintenance program as per MSX guidelines.
- Conducting dealership express consultations as specified in the program documentation.
- Delivering remote and in-dealer classroom training sessions as per the curriculum guidelines.
- Providing on-the-job training for dealership staff in alignment with program documentation.
- Offering consistent phone support to dealerships.
- Completing dealer action plans thoroughly and on time.
- Implementing best practice processes across various operational aspects like customer appointment scheduling, workshop management, quality control, and post-repair follow-ups.
- Maintaining adequate contact with OEM National and Regional personnel.
- Submitting monthly field detail reports and weekly time cards along with expense reports.
