What you will do Audit stock to verify all items moving into Brooklands storage. Log each item in the Checkroom system, ensuring traceability and data accuracy. Assist with archiving, culling, and rationalizing parts and assemblies in line with company strategies. Manage stock levels to support both heritage preservation and commercial objectives. Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely, following training and site protocols. Contribute to process improvements, including changes to layout and data quality enhancements. Comply with company policies, health and safety guidelines, and site procedures. This is a fixed-term contract position based in Woking, England.

This position is ideal for someone who is exceptionally organized, comfortable with complex systems, and enjoys delving into details to comprehend how and why events occur.You will collaborate closely with the Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure stock is available in the right place, in the right quantity, and at the right time.Key Responsibilities Stock Control & Data Accuracy Maintain accurate stock levels across all systems (e.g., ERP/WMS/stock management tools).Process stock movements including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and write-offs.Conduct regular reconciliations of system records with physical counts and investigate any discrepancies.Prepare for and support cycle counts and full stocktakes, including follow-up actions.Administration & Documentation Ensure all stock documentation (delivery notes, GRNs, pick lists, returns forms) is complete, accurate, and properly organized.Maintain the integrity of our product records in D365.Generate routine stock reports (e.g., slow-moving items, stock valuation, stock integrity) for internal stakeholders.Systems & Process Support Confidently navigate multiple systems and databases to retrieve, verify, and analyze data as required.
