Your role will be vital in aligning procurement strategies with the cost cap regulations recently introduced in Formula 1. Your ability to demonstrate initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive engagement under pressure is crucial. You will assist in supplier engagement, contract management, and procurement operations, ensuring our team has the necessary resources to excel.Key ResponsibilitiesQuickly integrate into the team to facilitate daily procurement operations.Take initiative on tasks and projects, working independently and collaboratively with senior team members.Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.Engage in sourcing activities, supplier communications, and data analysis.Assist with documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with cost cap regulations.Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.Ensure all procurement activities align with McLaren Racing's operational performance and strategic objectives.
