High performance starts with you.Role OverviewAs a Freight Operations Operative, you will be instrumental in the efficient storage, delivery, servicing, setup, breakdown, and presentation of garage environments, support equipment, and parts at events and within our storage facilities. This role requires both teamwork and independent initiative to ensure our trackside and factory operations operate seamlessly. You will also assist with broader road, air, and sea freight operations and take on additional duties as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the effective storage and servicing of assets during non-travel periods, primarily in a warehouse setting.Safely and accurately establish infrastructure at events, adhering to the highest standards of compliance, safety, quality, and presentation.Execute practical tasks requiring mechanical, electrical, or IT skills, addressing challenges as they arise.Utilize knowledge of motorsport garage infrastructure or relevant skills from other sectors.Ensure precise reporting, load planning, and fulfillment according to shipment specifications.Operate machinery safely, including forklift equipment (training provided if necessary).Perform inspections of personal protective equipment (PPE) and supporting tools.Assist with trackside security responsibilities to safeguard company intellectual property.Provide operational support during races, including tasks such as refueling, tire changes, and general garage responsibilities.

The Customs and Freight Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Race Logistics, Transport, and TPC teams to keep global freight operations running smoothly and within regulations during racing and testing events. Role overview This position centers on preparing and managing customs documentation, such as ATA Carnets and freight invoices. The coordinator ensures procedures follow CAA, customs, and IATA requirements, helping shipments for worldwide events remain accurate and on time. Main responsibilities Prepare and process ATA Carnet documents for temporary export and import of car parts and equipment. Create accurate freight invoices in partnership with Race Team, Project Management, and Logistics. Draft commercial and proforma invoices, ensuring compliance for all internal and external shipments. Provide the trackside team with complete and correct documentation to meet strict shipping deadlines. Identify dangerous goods and arrange shipments according to IATA regulations. Assist with hand-carry shipments, ensuring proper declarations for items on commercial flights. Facilitate temporary export of components under Outward Processing Relief when needed. Work closely with Transport and Logistics teams to maintain compliance with UK and EU legislation. Support broader logistics activities, including part coordination, freight packing, unpacking, and kitting as required. Location: Woking, England, United Kingdom
