Key responsibilities include:Assisting in Field Crew operations to gather field data for boundary surveys, topographical assessments, and construction stakeout surveys.Learning to operate essential tools such as total stations, levels, GPS units, and data collectors for effective survey data collection.Collaborating on construction stakeout projects under the guidance of a Party Chief, including tasks related to curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, waterline, and structural projects.Maintaining and ensuring the proper upkeep of surveying instruments.Documenting clear and precise field notes accompanied by sketches.Working effectively in a team environment while being adaptable to varying weather conditions.
