Position Summary:
The Key Account Manager plays a vital role in fulfilling Braeburn’s mission by educating healthcare professionals (HCPs) about our products and associated access resources. This position ensures that HCPs are fully knowledgeable about the clinical details of our offerings and how to procure these products to make informed treatment decisions for their patients.
In this role, you will meet sales objectives by delivering essential clinical product information and access resources in accordance with company policies to the appropriate HCPs. Success in this role requires the ability to achieve sales targets while effectively educating on product procurement, payer policy, and reimbursement details.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate accountability, adaptability, strong business acumen, sound judgment, collaborative skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a sense of urgency. Experience in a complex distribution model, including Specialty Pharmacy, Buy & Bill, and direct distribution, is essential.
The Key Account Manager must conduct all activities in compliance with Braeburn's policies and code of conduct.
Specific Duties:
- Achieve planned Braeburn goals and patient access objectives for the designated territory.
- Demonstrate mastery of sales competencies including business acumen, by analyzing and interpreting reports/data to plan and execute territory activities that ensure quarterly and annual objectives are met.
