This role entails outside B2B account management, providing field support that includes training, onboarding new clients, assessing contractor performance, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating site visits, and cultivating enduring relationships with clients and contractors. Additional duties comprise contract negotiation, supply procurement, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.Your Key Responsibilities:Oversee all facets of client relationships, focusing on retention, growth, and diversification of City Wide's building solutions and products.Develop and implement a tailored service strategy and schedule for each client.Negotiate and formalize agreements for additional services, including pricing, staffing, and logistics.Manage all contractor relationships, including hiring, pricing negotiations, agreement management, service specifications, compliance verification, and contractor replacement as needed.Maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction through thorough quality control inspections and dependable follow-through with all client commitments.Supervise Night Managers to ensure the execution of client strategies and proper service delivery.Facilitate the procurement and monitoring of supplies for clients.Communicate effectively about client issues with contractors and the Director of Operations, promptly resolving any problems.Utilize City Wide’s CRM for client inspections and management tasks.Schedule non-routine activities in client facilities using Outlook.Keep all Building Information Sheets (BIS), FSM Summary Sheets, and Exhibit A’s up to date. Ensure MSDS sheets for each client in janitor closets are accurate and correctly labeled.Inform Sales Executives about potential accounts in your territory, particularly new construction projects.Work with the Director of Operations and Night Managers to address client complaints or service deficiencies, actively monitoring compliance.
