This position is full-time and requires in-person attendance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee baseline schedules using CPM best practices, including a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for schedules with over 2,500 activities.Conduct weekly meetings to update construction schedules through job site visits and real-time updates from superintendents.Additional responsibilities as needed.

Reporting directly to the Senior Construction Manager and Project Management leadership, you will ensure that general contractors (GCs) and trade partners uphold the highest standards of safety, productivity, and technical excellence.The CM will serve as the Owner’s on-site representative, managing the daily flow of field activities, promoting accountability among contractors, identifying and mitigating risks proactively, and ensuring the timely delivery of mission-critical infrastructure within the defined scope.Local candidates are preferred; however, exceptional candidates willing to relocate or travel with per diem will also be considered.
