In this role, you will guide children through enjoyable and educational activities while maintaining a safe environment. We seek candidates with previous experience working with children (as coaches, teachers, camp leaders, etc.) and a genuine love for working with kids. This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can work between 5 to 25 classes a week, earning $20 to $45 per hour.Our Coaches provide individualized attention to ensure every child experiences success.We emphasize a non-competitive approach to create a fun and stress-free environment.Coaches utilize positive reinforcement to motivate children and celebrate their achievements.Our Coaches enjoy their work, are open-minded, and view coaching as a continuous journey of growth. Regular training and adherence to the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual are encouraged.

Join Our Team as a Multi-Sport Coach! Schedule: Monday to Friday plus one weekend day Location: Westchester County, NY Hours: 10+ hours of classes and training each week (flexible based on your availability)About the Position: Super Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes are on the lookout for enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated Multi-Sport Coaches to guide classes for children aged 3-12 across Westchester County. Our programs provide a fun, supportive, and non-competitive introduction to various sports such as soccer, basketball, track & field, baseball, and more.This role is perfect for those who enjoy working with children, staying active, and making a positive impact through sports and fitness. Whether you're a seasoned coach, an aspiring educator, or a college student eager to gain practical experience, this position offers a fantastic way to enhance your teaching and leadership capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Conduct and support age-appropriate multi-sport classes focused on skill development, teamwork, and enjoyment. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that builds confidence and encourages participation. Execute structured lesson plans to teach a variety of sports and fundamental movement skills. Ensure a safe and organized environment by overseeing class setup, managing equipment, and facilitating group transitions. Communicate effectively with parents, players, and fellow coaches. Participate in seasonal training and meetings to stay updated with program standards and enhancements.Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay starting at $20-45/hour, depending on experience and role (Assistant or Head Coach).
