Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc. is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern who will play a pivotal role in supporting a variety of HR functions. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and gain insights into the Human Resources Generalist role.
This internship is hybrid, allowing you the flexibility to work both in our headquarters in White Plains and remotely.
Key Projects and Responsibilities:
- Lead an individual project that delivers strategic business value and present findings to senior leaders.
- Assist with various HR generalist functions, including recruitment, onboarding of new hires, HR reporting and analytics, and addressing employee inquiries.
- Conduct research on trending HR topics, particularly in benefits and diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with HR team members on initiatives related to learning and development, employer branding, training opportunities, and policy development.
- Draft company-wide communications on HR-related topics, such as benefits, payroll, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and training.
- Gain insights into the customer service aspect of HR by learning to troubleshoot employee questions and concerns.
- Carry out administrative tasks and support various ad hoc projects as needed.
