This role is pivotal in our commitment to empowering leaders by establishing pathways and infrastructure that foster exceptional leadership. The Senior Director will have a comprehensive vision for leadership development, overseeing the entire process from nurturing future leaders to enhancing the skills of current leaders. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Director of Patient Care for our Inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatry unit. This pivotal role involves leading a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care for young patients facing mental health challenges. You will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring adherence to best practices, and fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment for both patients and staff.Key responsibilities include developing treatment plans, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and enhancing patient care protocols to optimize outcomes. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of psychiatric care, and a commitment to improving the lives of children and adolescents.

Join Our Team: Care. No Matter What. Position Overview: As a Registered Nurse at PPHP, you will play a pivotal role in lab result management, adhering to our Medical Standards and Guidelines (MSG). Your responsibilities will include managing lab results, notifying patients, and following up as per approved plans by Physicians and Clinicians. Your duties will extend to receiving and routing patient calls to the appropriate departments, delivering professional and comprehensive telephonic nursing assessments, evaluations, education, and advice in alignment with affiliate protocols. Accurate documentation of all patient communications is essential, along with maintaining current electronic logs. You will notify pharmacies regarding new prescriptions and refill authorizations as directed by providers and follow up with contracted laboratories as necessary. Completing audits within specified timelines as directed by the Director of Quality & Clinical Integration will be part of your role. You will provide exceptional telephone customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring accurate communication and requests following established procedures. A comprehensive understanding of PPHP’s organization will enable you to answer questions and direct calls appropriately. You will also complete quality assurance monitoring tools as specified for the department.
