Manage payroll, pay review cycles, and ensure reward governance. Maintain HR systems, ensure data integrity, and manage digital workflows. Ensure compliance with FCA, PRA, and SMCR standards. Support HR transformation and change initiatives. Requirements Experience leading HR operations in a regulated or financial services environment. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR operational risk. Background in payroll, reward processes, and governance frameworks. Ability to lead teams and encourage skill development. Practical, solution-focused mindset with resilience and adaptability. CIPD Level 5 qualification preferred, or equivalent experience.
