Qualifications
Duties & Responsibilities:Utilize NetSuite to print, verify, and fulfill daily orders. Establish and follow a loading plan to ensure on-time dispatches. Conduct daily cross-shift meetings with Production to discuss workload and scheduling. Review ready-to-load shipments and document them with photographs. Ensure the picking process aligns with SOPs for consistency and accuracy. Verify the accuracy of picking and QA processes, signing off on paperwork once loading is complete. Maintain confidentiality regarding all business activities, especially manufacturing and supplier details. Train new staff to uphold established processes. Provide feedback to the Logistics Manager regarding team performance during the second shift.
