WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
As Box continues to scale its AI capabilities and internal analytics, we are looking for experts to harness these tools to drive smarter business decisions.
You will be responsible for designing and deploying AI agents and operational solutions that bolster both IT and business workflows. These agents will be crafted to minimize inaccuracies while prioritizing security in their modeling, data processing, and decision-making. Additionally, you will build and maintain MCP servers and developer tools that yield actionable data insights, facilitating prompt actions for teams. Ultimately, your contributions will link secure, reliable infrastructure with practical AI capabilities, enhancing informed and low-risk decision-making throughout the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design, develop, and implement AI agents to automate and enhance IT and business workflows, ensuring reliable outputs.
Establish model validation, monitoring, and fail-safe systems to identify and mitigate incorrect or risky agent behaviors.
Architect secure data handling pipelines for data ingestion, storage, access control, and encryption to protect sensitive information.
