About the job
SKELAR is a venture builder dedicated to creating international product IT companies, adhering to the principles of the venture investment world. Together with co-founders, we assemble strong teams to launch product IT businesses and excel in global markets.
RiseGuide is a self-development application built around examples from renowned role models. Our users break bad habits by following the advice of Andrew Huberman and Simon Sinek; enhance their social networks and content based on the playbooks of Alex Hormozi and MrBeast; and launch their own businesses inspired by the life rules of Richard Branson and Steve Jobs.
We aim to revolutionize the self-development and micro-learning industry and build a company that outshines MasterClass.
Currently, we are on the lookout for our first Product Marketing Manager.
After an impressive Q5, we are rapidly scaling, having grown fivefold over the past year. There is currently no single point of responsibility in the Product Marketing area; UAMs and creative marketers are launching tests through our internally developed funnel builder.
We recognize that this model has ceased to be effective, presenting you with a unique opportunity to lead the Product Marketing domain. You will join the leaders of the marketing team in a promising scale-up, offering significant career development opportunities and allowing you to realize your entrepreneurial spirit.
Challenges await you:
- Manage the full cycle of developing and optimizing marketing funnels: from idea generation to launch, testing, results analysis, and scaling;
- Formulate hypotheses and refine the Value Proposition of funnels based on deep understanding of the target audience's needs and business objectives;
- Prioritize and implement initiatives that impact the growth of key metrics; discover effective Growth Hacks and achieve targeted ROI;
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and strengthen marketing strategies;
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to execute initiatives.
What matters to us:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or related role;
- Strong analytical skills: working with metrics, analytical tools, and the ability to formulate hypotheses and validate them through experiments;
- Experience in conducting A/B tests, user research, and competitive analysis;
- Ability to effectively collaborate with product and engineering teams, influencing decision-making processes;
- English proficiency at B2+ level.
We are looking for a person who is both "creative" and "analytical", and most importantly – passionate about making a difference.
