About the Position

In this role, you will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to engage qualified leads, comprehend customer requirements, and devise customized window treatment solutions. You will provide expert insights on best practices, delivering recommendations that yield measurable results and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage both inbound and outbound sales discussions with U. S.-based prospects.
Conduct virtual consultations to evaluate needs, design personalized window treatments, and suggest solutions based on industry best practices.
Take ownership of the entire sales process, including CRM pipeline management.
Offer expert, consultative advice on window treatment alternatives and design best practices.
Work closely with internal teams to guarantee a smooth post-sale experience.
Consistently achieve or surpass agreed-upon performance metrics (conversion rate, activity volume, and revenue).
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in consultative, technical, or high-value sales (B2B or B2C).
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales goals.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Dedicated to assisting customers, providing value, and acting as a trusted advisor.
Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Decoration, or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in modern CRM systems and virtual sales tools.
Self-motivated with dependable equipment (computer, webcam, headset) and high-speed internet connection.
