About the Role
Our team at blackbox-strategies is on the lookout for a talented Account Executive who will take charge of the entire sales process—from initial outreach to closing deals—while consistently maximizing revenue and surpassing performance benchmarks. This is a crucial role for a self-driven, results-oriented sales expert who excels in a dynamic, consultative sales environment.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to engage qualified prospects, assess client needs, and create customized window treatment solutions, offering expert advice on best practices. Your recommendations will lead to tangible results and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage both inbound and outbound sales conversations with prospects across the U. S.
Conduct virtual consultations to evaluate client needs, design bespoke window treatments, and propose solutions grounded in best practices.
Oversee the sales process from start to finish, including managing the CRM pipeline.
Provide expert, consultative advice on window treatment choices and design standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a smooth post-sale experience.
Regularly achieve or exceed defined performance metrics (conversion rates, activity levels, and revenue targets).
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in consultative, technical, or high-ticket sales (B2B or B2C).
Demonstrated track record of consistently surpassing sales targets.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Dedicated to assisting clients, providing value, and serving as a trusted advisor.
Preferred background in Interior Design, Architecture, Decoration, or a related field.
Familiarity with modern CRM systems and virtual sales tools.
Self-motivated with reliable equipment (computer, webcam, headset) and a high-speed internet connection.
