We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Utilizing declarative tooling (NixOS + k3s + Terraform) predominantly on bare metal servers, with occasional cloud integration.
Strategically planning infrastructure layout, selecting suitable components, conducting testing, and implementing deployments.
Designing reusable modules to facilitate deployments across diverse environments, ensuring data sovereignty for our clients.
Enhancing developer tooling to streamline operations.
Maintaining robust monitoring and alerting systems.
Quickly responding to downtimes (optional pager duty included).
Planning and constructing bare metal infrastructure for deployment in low to middle-income countries.
Potential travel opportunities to gain insights into the challenges we address and to set up hardware in local data centers.
This position requires a full-time commitment based in Warsaw, Poland, with a hybrid work model allowing for both remote and in-person work throughout the week. We anticipate at least 2-3 days per week in the office. The working hours are flexible, enabling you to manage personal matters during the day without prior approval.
