Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and visionary Head of Creative to spearhead our visual branding strategy. You will lead a high-performing in-house Studio that encompasses UX/UI design, graphic design, and video production. This pivotal role involves establishing a cohesive visual direction, developing design systems for streamlined workflows, enhancing team processes for timely delivery, and ensuring consistent, brand-aligned execution across various channels including marketing, employer branding, internal communications, events, and co-branded assets.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Location: Opportunities available in Lithuania, Poland, and Cyprus.
Your Responsibilities:
- Visual and Creative Leadership: Define and evolve the brand’s visual and video identity, aligning with business and brand strategies to create impactful creative content.
- Strategic Partnership with Marketing: Foster a collaborative environment within the Studio team, shaping briefs, challenging inputs, and translating business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
- Team Development: Lead and nurture a talented design and video team, structuring roles, assessing capabilities, and promoting a culture of clarity and craftsmanship.
- Creative Workflow Optimization: Implement effective workflows, prioritization strategies, and feedback mechanisms to balance quality, speed, and marketing impact.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold high creative standards, establishing review protocols and clear definitions of success to maintain brand integrity.
- Innovation and AI Adoption: Stay abreast of design, motion, and video trends, promoting a culture of experimentation and learning within the team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage closely with Marketing and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and creative outputs.
- Agency and Freelancer Management: Effectively brief and oversee external partners, ensuring all outputs meet our brand and design standards.
- Hands-on Contribution: Actively participate in creating key assets and set a benchmark for creative excellence.
