Your Role as Head of Account Management for CEE We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead our Account Management team in Warsaw, overseeing our operations across the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) region. You will collaborate with our talented Account Management professionals to strengthen relationships with prominent merchants in the area, including Alza, Notino, and LOT, while facilitating their growth with Adyen. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team consisting of one team lead and over six account managers across our offices in Warsaw and Prague. As an integral part of the CEE Leadership team, you will work closely with the Managing Director of the region. The CEE region is pivotal for Adyen’s growth strategy, and our Account Management team is essential in nurturing key merchant relationships and driving revenue from payment solutions. Supporting our clients in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, and throughout CEE—including Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Slovenia—is crucial to this position. You will excel in establishing a strategic vision, ensuring operational excellence, and cultivating a culture of high performance. As a vital leader in our CEE operations, your contributions will be essential to Adyen’s long-term success in this market.
