About Docplanner
Docplanner is a healthtech company focused on improving quality of life by making healthcare more accessible and effective. Our platforms support over 100 million patient visits each year and handle around 25 million appointments every month, spanning 13 countries. As we grow, strong internal systems and reliable data remain central to our ability to support commercial teams and deliver value in every market.
Role Overview
The Director of Business Systems & Revenue will shape and oversee the technology that powers our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. This leader owns Docplanner’s go-to-market (GTM) technology stack, driving value through a focused team, automation, and a product-driven mindset. The aim: boost productivity and deliver actionable insights with dependable tools and data.
Why This Role Matters
Docplanner is moving Sales, Customer Success, and Care operations to Salesforce, while Marketing continues to use HubSpot. Our GTM teams need more efficient processes and fewer manual steps. Fragmented system ownership has slowed progress and affected data quality. We are looking for a single leader to design and deliver solutions, run a disciplined software development lifecycle, and build a scalable vendor model, all with a founder’s mindset.
What You Will Do
Ownership
- Strategize and manage the full GTM technology stack, including CRM, Marketing, CPQ, integrations, AI, and identity management. Ensure accountability, cost control, and governance.
- Maintain platform reliability, data quality, and service standards across all GTM systems.
Delivery
- Complete and stabilize the Salesforce migration, driving user adoption and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver on quarterly commitments with short cycles and visible productivity gains.
- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and HubSpot, with dependable GTM data flows to the data warehouse.
- Use automation and AI to reduce manual work and improve speed and insights.
Team Building
- Build and lead a high-performing GTM systems team and establish a Center of Excellence.
- Develop a modern operational model using CI/CD, disciplined releases, service catalogs, and clear service level objectives (SLOs).
