About the Role
Many organizations are still unfamiliar with the workings and potential of AI agents. Our content is the key to enlightening them.
We are seeking a Content Lead to take charge of Zowie's narrative and content strategy. This role encompasses not only writing but also the broader aspects: developing editorial strategies, organizing webinars, curating customer stories, launching campaigns, and implementing content programs that position Zowie as a thought leader rather than just a vendor.
This position is designed for the AI era. Your primary collaborator will be AI. This means your days will not be spent drafting content; instead, you will focus on strategic thinking, directing content output, and refining it with meticulous attention to detail. The outcome: one individual wielding the impact of an entire content team.
What You Will Do
Own the Brand Voice. Uphold and develop Zowie's messaging framework. Ensure quality control for all written materials, from website content to sales presentations and partner documents. Everything that carries Zowie's words should resonate unmistakably with our brand identity.
Run Comprehensive Content Programs. Design and implement an editorial calendar that integrates blogs, newsletters, webinars, LinkedIn posts, and email campaigns into cohesive themes. Aim for quarterly initiatives that build momentum rather than standalone posts.
Share Customer Stories with a Human Touch. Manage the entire storytelling process: discover compelling narratives, conduct interviews, and craft engaging content. Adapt these stories for web, LinkedIn, sales enablement, and educational purposes.
Produce Webinars and Digital Events. Take charge of topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, and follow-up content. Transform each event into a content creation engine: recordings can be turned into blog posts, essential insights can be shared on LinkedIn, and attendee lists can form the basis for nurturing sequences.
Empower the GTM Team with Engaging Copy. Create one-pagers, battle cards, outbound templates, and email sequences. Collaborate with GTM Associates to ensure every piece of communication reaching enterprise inboxes is tailored to specific personas and remains on-brand.
