- Conducting engaging implementation presentations and workshops with clients, spotlighting the Ivalua Buyer platform in its standard configuration.
- Gathering and refining business requirements while assisting clients in articulating their end-user needs through gap analysis.
- Evaluating specific business requirements for technical feasibility and alignment with Ivalua configuration best practices.
- Converting and refining business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Transforming functional specifications into user stories and managing a product backlog.
- Collaborating closely with application engineers and integration engineers to ensure that the Ivalua system is tailored to meet client specifications.
- Maintaining continuous collaboration with the Customer's Product Owner throughout each project phase (Design / Build / Test / Hyper Care) in adherence to SCRUM methodology.
- Working alongside the Project Manager for task scheduling and project scope management.
- Fostering and nurturing strong business relationships with clients.
