About the Role
We are in search of a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Media Strategy and Operations who will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Product Marketing Managers, agencies, and cross-functional teams to craft detailed campaign briefs, oversee media initiatives from start to finish, and ensure alignment with our business objectives. You will play a crucial role in analyzing campaign data, sharing insights, and steering future strategies. The ideal candidate will possess robust project management skills, a data-driven approach, and a strong focus on enhancing processes to increase efficiency and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to create strategic campaign briefs, offering best practices on paid media, social, creative tactics, platform functionalities, and audience-centric strategies.
- Oversee the complete project management of media-related initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to convert briefs into actionable media recommendations.
- Engage proactively in agency status calls, providing strategic insights and performance updates.
- Examine campaign data and communicate findings effectively to clients and internal teams, driving informed decision-making and optimizations.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in asset trackers to support smooth campaign execution.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements, standardization, automation, and documentation to improve operational efficiency.
