The Network Planner will act as a bridge between planning and detailed design functions, ensuring that our solutions are scalable and informed by the realities of existing copper assets while considering our long-term fibre migration strategy.The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with designers and project leadership, conducting site visits as necessary to validate planning assumptions and facilitate integrated program delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead community-level fibre and copper network planning projectsDesign high-level network layouts, develop capacity strategies, and outline migration approachesConduct address analysis and assess infrastructure impactsEvaluate copper plant conditions and assist in planning transitions to fibrePerform site visits and field validations to ensure planning accuracyIdentify constraints, risks, and opportunities for optimization early in the project lifecycleWork collaboratively with design teams to transition planning concepts into detailed Outside Plant (OSP) designsSupport integrated delivery models from planning through to construction readiness
