Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide essential mental health services via telehealth, addressing client needs, conducting assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans. This position is ideal for professionals who appreciate organized clinical practice, consistent scheduling, and effective communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions using a secure telehealth platform.
- Perform initial intake assessments and continuous clinical evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
- Thoroughly document all services, progress notes, and recommendations.
- Monitor client progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.
- Offer support for emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges.
