As we expand our team of over 1,000 employees globally, we are on the lookout for a Director of Product Marketing Management who will lead our go-to-market strategy for our Storage vertical, the most significant and strategically vital part of our business. This position will report directly to the General Manager of Storage.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing a top-tier Product Marketing Management function, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches, enhance competitive positioning, and drive growth. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, aiming to advance PMM maturity, instill best practices, and establish trust across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Leadership
- Oversee the complete go-to-market strategy for significant product launches, including positioning, value propositions, packaging, and pricing.
- Create and implement launch frameworks and playbooks that promote cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
- Engage with General Managers and Product leaders to establish success metrics and monitor post-launch performance.
Messaging & Positioning
- Craft distinct, differentiated messaging for products, vertical solutions, and the Storable brand for various channels and audiences.
- Empower Sales and Customer Success teams with impactful battlecards, narratives, and content that enhance conversion and retention.
- Manage and refine solutions-selling frameworks across different verticals.
Market Intelligence
- Establish and lead a competitive Product Marketing Management practice to monitor competitive insights, win/loss trends, share of voice, and emerging threats.
- Transform insights into actionable strategies that bolster Sales efforts and shape Product development.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing and General Managers to produce content for industry events, conferences, and customer interactions.
