YOUR DAY-TO-DAY• Engage with prospective clients via phone, text, email, and chat• Assist agents in navigating the application and documentation submission processes• Review submitted documents for accuracy and completeness• Identify potential obstacles (missing forms, unclear dates, inconsistent information)• Follow up with agents who initiated but did not finish their applications• Prepare organized and accurate files for approval review• Ensure rapid response times and deliver an outstanding client experience• Educate clients on subsequent steps, documentation needs, and timelines• Update Salesforce with client information, document statuses, and application progress• Coordinate with internal operations as files progress towards approval• Track application status and ensure timely movement towards decisions WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR• Customer service representatives comfortable with high-volume outreach• Individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and possess exceptional communication skills
