Role Overview: Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – VEN Centers VEN Centers, part of Arizona Liver Health, leads statewide efforts to eliminate viral hepatitis. Drawing on deep hepatology expertise, the team delivers Hepatitis C virus (HCV) treatments directly to patients, aiming to remove barriers to care and improve health outcomes. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will work closely with patients referred by the Outreach team, conducting most visits virtually. This position is key to supporting patient access to treatment, developing standard operating procedures, and training staff. The APP will also help educate colleagues and contribute to staff development. Experience with the LGBTQ community in HIV prevention is valued, and training on hepatitis C protocols will be provided. This is a full-time, hybrid/remote position based in the Tucson Metro Area (open to candidates across Southern Arizona). The role involves a mix of remote and in-person work, including some travel to pop-up clinic sites and patient interactions both in the field and via telehealth.
